Pretty Tu Clothing dresses.
This weekend has been so hot, its been the perfect weather for both my new Tu clothing dresses that incorporated Davinder's print design. The dresses I am sharing today are both available in Sainsbury's store.
This dress is made from a lovely glazed cotton and contains some stretch which adds to comfort, it comes with this tiny waist belt that really completes the dress. It has a concealed back zip which pulls in the dress firmly, and since it is a lovely heavier weight cotton you don't need to wear a bra underneath as the firmness of the bodice makes you feel secure.
I love that Davinder still had his original paintings so that we could share with you more of the process of designing a print design.
Once these were painted Davinder scanned them into his computer to then create the design you see on this dress.
This design has been incorporated into quite a few products by the design team at Sainsbury's and they work really hard to maximise a gorgoeus print.
I have teamed this dress with my new clarks wedge sandals, also available in other colours. Here is a link to the sandals.
Unfortunately I can't find this red dress available online, but it has still been available in limited stores. There is another variation of this style using the same print which you can find online with the link below. Its not quite the same look but it's still pretty but perhaps a little more casual.
The design team at Sainsbury's Tu Clothing have also taken Davinder's floral design and translated it into an embroidery design, which I absolutely love. I think this is a great example of how a design can be used in two brilliantly different ways.
The fabric on this dress is a lovely soft stripe cotton and has a light seersucker feel to it. It has a side zip and a tie waist at the back. The front buttons are also functional, perfect also for nursing Mothers.
Because the dress is so light weight, it was really comfortable on the hottest day this weekend which I reckon at the peak was about 29◦c. Although the dress is light it is not at all see through.
Shoes as featured before from Saltwater sandals. here's the link to the red pair.
Here is a picture of myself and my cute little Joshua who is also wearing a Sainsbury's Tu Clothing Tee, shorts and canvas shoes.
Here is a link to this dress, if you want it though be quick as they are selling out fast.
Hope you feel inspired to do a little supermarket shopping this week and checkout whats on offer in the clothing.
Happy shopping guys.
